Once we provide the diagnostic of your unit, we send a quote for approval. If you are ok with the cost of the repair we will start immediately to fix your equipment. If you do not want to proceed with the repair we will get the unit ready for pickup.
After the repair is approved, our engineers will work on your unit. If parts are required for the repair and we have them in stock we will fix the unit right away or we will order it, and as soon we receive them we continue with the repair.

Other dishonest shop wanted to replace the fan unnecessarily , but Prime Tech Support cleaned the inside, removed and add new thermal paste to the CPU and since then, my laptop has never ever overheated again !!!! I'm a music producer and I have a lot of sessions to do and my Macbook just stopped working on me.
