Prime Tech Support is not only EXCEPTIONAL in their professionalism, but the services provided is like NONE OTHER! I walked into the store the 1st time discouraged because I could not gain access into my MacBook. Prime Tech support said "No Worries" and within 2 days my laptop was ready for pick up with the latest iOS installed.

Instead of purchasing an actual Apple MacBook Air charger, I went the cheap route and purchased a $20 Replacement charger on Amazon. Not even 2 months later, I am back at Prime Tech with the saddest look on my face. Support Staff insured me that the issue was indeed fixable and my MacBook was ready within hours for pick-up.

This place is truly HEAVEN SENT! I rate this company 6 stars!!

How I found out about this place? Simply though Google. This was the closest place to my house that repaired electronics and I am sooooo glad I have gained a life long support system!!
