    I have an outstanding experience with this company. My 2011 iMac stop working and would not boot up. I thought that the computer has run its course and there was nothing I could do about it. However, I had a few important files on the hard-drive that were not backed up elsewhere.     One thing that they did very well was keep me informed every time a technician touches my computer to preform inspection and repairs. So, at all times, I was knowledgeable of the status of my computer. I didn't have to followup for status report.
