Prime Tech did in one day, what Apple Tech Support and the Genius Bar could not over many months - fix my Mac Book Pro! It was running sluggish, had connection issues, email response issues, spinning gears... and so on. Apple Tech and the Genius Bar spent hours over many months trying to resolve the issues and finally want to do a complete wipe and reinstall. Before going through the pain of wipe and install, I decided to get an outside opinion and Called Prime Tech. They had me bring my machine right in (no appointment, no wait time) and with in a couple hours had a detail report of what the problems really were. 24 hours later, had my MacBook back, and it runs like new. This business is the real deal. My MacBook Pro is almost ten years old and started giving me problems. Pink stripes were showing up on the monitor. Two other tech stores I visited told me I would have to replace the logic board (which is really expensive). One of the stores was an apple certified place, but I did not trust them. After speaking on the phone with a rep from Prime Tech, I decided to bring my old, banged up computer to them. And I was amazed at the level of customer service and care I received. Been here twice. The first time was my fault, as I tore my macbook pro keypad ribbon cable while replacing my own battery. For some reason this part took 3 weeks (i think, its been a while) to arrive, which seemed strange since I could find them on Amazon readily. Whatever though, it's my fault it broke and I had to deal with the consequences. I did get impatient in this waiting period and called them everyday, but they were corteous and thorough in explaining the progress. They repaired one other issue that trip and the computer came back in perfect working order.
