★★★★★A freak accident resulted in a coffee spill over my new Macbook Pro. Nervous and panicking, I went to the Apple store in Aventura. Confident with my AppleCare purchase, I was hit with zero coverage and a $1,200+ repair estimate. Needless to say, this was the worst case scenario and I fell to pieces. My laptop is everything as a freelance developer and essentially buying a new computer wasn't an option.
A friend of mine found Prime Tech Support online, and I rushed over the same day. They were super helpful and offered to stay open a little late to begin taking my device apart. I had more damage than I anticipated. Two days later, I was picking up my computer and good to go, paying well under the Apple estimate.
