Why do we perform a MacBook Pro Diagnostic?
Every MacBook Pro Repair Service in our store begins with an assessment process to identify the root cause of any hardware or software issues affecting your MacBook Pro.
During the diagnostic service, a technician will thoroughly examine the MacBook Pro's hardware components, such as the logic board, processor, hard drive, RAM, keyboard, trackpad and other parts to identify any potential problems that may be causing the issue.
The diagnostic also includes testing the MacBook Pro software components, such as the operating system and installed programs, to identify any conflicts or errors that may be causing the issue.
Once the diagnostic assessment is complete, the technician will provide a detailed report of their findings, including any identified issues and recommended solutions. We will also provide an estimated cost for any necessary repairs, replacements, or upgrades to resolve the identified issues.
