Why Do I Pay for Diagnostic?

The diagnostic is so that when we look at your unit we can provide you with a comprehensive summary of the primary issue as well as additional issues or suggestions that may pop up during the diagnosis.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DO A DIAGNOSTIC ON MY DESKTOP?

We have an estimated time from 1 to 4 hours depending on the issue. Once we receive the Desktop it will go into our Diagnostic Queue and your unit will be diagnosed in the order it was received. If you would like a RUSH service so we can diagnose the unit while you wait you can click here so you can add the rush to any service you may need.

How much is going to be my Desktop repair?

The cost of the repair is based on the Desktop being repaired, the parts (if needed) and the labor needed for the unit. The complexity of the repair varies from model to model, and this is why we need to know the diagnostic in order to provide a final quote. Every repair is different and we provide the quote according to each case.

How long will it take to repair my Desktop?

The repair time will depend on the complexity of the repair based on the diagnosis as well as the time it takes for parts to arrive should we need to order repalcement parts.

What is my warranty?

Software warranties are 30 days from pick up/delivery.
Hardware warranties are 90 days from pick up/delivery.
