Once we receive the device we will proceed to do a diagnostic to determine what is going on with your device and give you a quote.

If you decide to do the repair, we will apply the diagnostic fee to the final cost of the repair. Once the unit is repaired we will let you know so we can arrange the shipping of the unit back to you.

If you decide not to approve the repair. We will send the unit back to you and let you know the cost of the shipping.
